STRAWBERRY UPDATE MARCH 28
Posted 3/28/2012 5:53am by Sam Bellamy.
It is likely that the strawberry field will be open Friday at 8:00am as well as Saturday. The ripening fruit and the weather will determine if the field will be open all day on Friday and Saturday but we should be good for the mornings of each day. I recommend that you call about Friday if you have to drive very far to get here.
Now is a good time for Asparagus, greens, beets, kale, kholrabi and for organic lettuce, organic cabage, organic turnips, organic chard, organic strawberries. Garden peas are just a few days away from harvest! They are really good in a salad.
At this point the blueberries, blackberries, plums and peaches look good.
Thank you for your interest.

What are the hours you can pick? We will be coming from Myrtle Beach and I want to make sure you will be open.
