July 20 update Indigo Farms

Posted 7/20/2015 2:55pm by Sam Bellamy.

PYO will be open Tuesday and Wednesday and Saturday. 7:30 to 10:30am. Thursday and Friday we will wait and see how the weather is on those days.

Tomatoes, watermelons and peaches are on the big stage this week. Now is the time to try different varieties of watermelon. They are priced really easy for you to try several different kinds without spending lots of money.

The heat is on and so we have to keep the water on too. Staying cool and minimizing stress is important to the crops and us people. The bakery has some neat ways to cool of such as ice cream, pies, cakes, desserts and milk shakes.  Enjoy the season, the calendar is moving summer along.
