Christmas and New Year's Update 12/19/18

It's hard to believe that Christmas is next week! Whether you're preparing those favorite seasonal dishes or trying out some new recipes we have local produce and products to help. Our Farm Market has Indigo Farm's Own fresh greens, turnips and farm-pressed apple cider. We even harvested some shiitake mushrooms this week! The collards and sweet potatoes are locally grown. The pecans, cornmeal, grits and honey are from SC while the mountain grown apples, molasses and apple butter are from NC,

The Farm Market will be OPEN this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 - 4:00. This is the final week of our 2018 season! Our Farm Market will RE-OPEN in 2019 as the days start getting longer. This allows many of our winter crops some time to grow.
